Staff Accountant

to bring the same energy to our Accounting Department. This role is key to keeping our financial operations strong and supporting our rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

As our

Staff Accountant

, you’ll wear a few important hats. You’ll handle

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

, keep credit card reconciliations accurate, ensure timely vendor payments, and help clean up and maintain our AP records. You’ll be part of the team that keeps things running smoothly — and your work will directly impact both our vendors and our employees.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Full-cycle

Accounts Payable

: vendor setup, invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.

Accounts Receivable

Credit card reconciliations

with proper supporting documentation.

AP backlog cleanup

, coding corrections, and data integrity.

month-end close

with reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years

of AP / AR accounting experience.

Sage 100

(non-negotiable).

self-starter

who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
