Responsible for supervising hourly employees within the Production Department Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, training, and evaluation of team members Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting KPI's (efficiency, scrap, etc.) Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests Must maintain quality standards by enforcing organizational standards QUALIFICATIONS : Associate's degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing is required 5+ years of Manufacturing experience Must have experience with Plastics Injection Molding.
