Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
Track and report on recruitment KPIs to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends
Proficiency with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
Advanced data analysis and KPI tracking abilities to measure recruiting effectiveness
