Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will act as the primary technical expert for our Litify platform, ensuring its customization, automation, and optimization to meet organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with various departments to deliver innovative solutions and maintain system efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Act as the main developer for the Salesforce Litify platform, supporting system administrators.
Create and maintain custom workflows, automations, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
Build and refine dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Work with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
Partner with IT and operations teams to improve interdepartmental workflows.
Assist with data migration, testing, and ensuring readiness for system launches.
Monitor system health and resolve technical issues promptly.
Drive post-launch updates and continuous system enhancements.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2-3 years of detail-oriented experience in Salesforce development and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to create advanced Litify reports and dashboards.

Proven track record of developing custom automation and reporting solutions.

Strong communication skills to present technical configurations to leadership teams.

Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities effectively.

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer are preferred.

Experience in supporting migrations or implementations within legal or detail-oriented services industries is a plus.

Familiarity with data security, user management, and optimization of workflows is desirable.
