Manufacturing Team Member

The team member in this role will work in manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Tasks will be assigned by the Production Supervisor based on production needs and must be performed safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include : manually labeling boxes, containers, pails, and drums; filling containers manually using a hose and valve from a holding tank or tote; lifting and placing 1.5-gallon bottles or smaller into boxes, adding inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping; placing caps or pumps by hand on production lines; operating an ultrasonic welder to seal caps as needed; palletizing items at the end of production lines; and maintaining a clean and organized work area on a daily basis.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily, the ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time, and the ability to perform repetitive bending and stretching. Proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), in compliance with all safety policies, is also required. Contact lenses are not permitted while on duty. Organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving, and technical skills are also important for this role.
Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
