Surgical Assistant (LSA or RNFA)

A leading surgical services group in Austin, Texas is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Licensed Surgical Assistant (LSA) or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to work in primarily orthopedic, spine and gynecology cases.

Position Highlights :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.
• Surgical Time : 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.
• Salary : $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus.
• Experience : Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience.
