As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol in Hamburg, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. This role involves driving responsibilities as you patrol the premises, contributing to a secure environment while embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Monday 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Friday 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sunday 8 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during incidents and / or emergencies.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and offer assistance as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
