Key Responsibilities
Guide new Amazon sellers through the onboarding process and explain the workflow
Manage client claims, analyze discrepancies, and prepare reimbursement cases
Provide customer support, addressing client queries and translating technical findings
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with the Amazon Seller Central platform is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Tech-savvy and quick learner with a proactive attitude
