Associate Home Textile Designer

Location : New York, NY (Onsite M-TH, WFH Fri)

Experience Level : 2–4 years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Home Textile Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the home textiles industry, with a strong background in designing decorative pillows, bedding, throws, and bath products. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop home textile products, including decorative pillows, bedding, throws, and bath.
• Create artwork, patterns, and technical design files using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, and sales to bring designs from concept to completion.
• Research design trends, colors, materials, and techniques to deliver fresh, market-relevant products.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support showroom set-up for internal and client presentations.

Qualifications

What We Offer

Salary : The anticipated base salary is $70k - $80k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
