A Day in the Life : As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their financial matters, fostering relationships that enhance client loyalty year after year.

In this role, you will serve clients with a variety of tax needs, supported by a team of experts and comprehensive tax training to ensure your success.

What You Will Bring to the Team :

• Conduct in-depth tax interviews with clients both in-person and through virtual platforms (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare thorough and accurate tax returns.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and propose additional services and products.
• Provide support for clients interacting with the IRS.
• Circular 230 associates can conduct audit representation.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Prior experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax preparation.
• Experience with individual tax returns.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using virtual communication tools.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Meet IRS and state licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
