Production Team Member – Contract to Hire

Casa Grande, AZ

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour | Training Provided

1st & 2nd Shift | 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Overtime & Weekends as Needed)

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of the production team to build world-class electric vehicles and powertrains.
• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation .
• Follow standardized operating procedures and quality control requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate across teams — including engineering, quality, and suppliers — to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided).
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety standards and wear required PPE.
