Dynamic Fitness offers exciting classes in modern studios through ROCKSTAR instructors and strong leadership like YOU! As the Studio Fitness Director, you’ll oversee multi-club group fitness programming, ensuring every class is engaging, high-quality, and aligned with Dynamic Fitness standards.

Position Summary

The Studio Fitness Director is responsible for the growth and success of studio programming across multiple Dynamic Fitness clubs. This leader recruits, trains, and develops instructors, manages budgets and schedules, drives class participation, and ensures the highest quality in member experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years in progressive group fitness/fitness management
• Experience teaching Group Exercise formats
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and instructor management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in multi-unit fitness operations
• Project management certification
• Nationally accredited Fitness/Personal Training certification
• Multiple Group X certifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced problem-solving and independent initiative
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve programs
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitor programming, and instructor certifications
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to motivate, coach, and lead diverse teams

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate or sub classes when needed
• Frequent movement (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, stretching, lateral & dynamic movements)
• Ability to work in varied temperature environments in studios
• Must be able to travel to clubs (70–80% travel required across Houston area)
