Position Summary :

The Concierge Security Guard will greet members, provide access control, respond to emergencies, and perform some light administrative tasks. The Concierge Security Guard is the first and last impression of the Freestone Lake and Golf Club resort therefore the individual must be knowledgeable of the grounds, abreast of operating policies, and socially mature. Our Concierge Security Guards are unarmed yet key to the oversight and quality feel of the grounds. The role will interact with members, staff, and visitors frequently. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and professionalism, sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications :

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma
• A uthorization to work in the United States
• Current Texas Department of Public Safety Level II license / pocket card
• Preferred, one year's experience or more in high end resorts, private golf clubs or similar
• One year's experience as a security professional
• Demonstrates a combination of security and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, personable, and approachable
• Capable of engaging in courteous conversation
• Displays an understanding of protocol and decorum for a luxury resort environment
• Knowledge of emergency response and (preferred) basic first aid
• Familiarity with incident report writing
