In this role, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise and resort experiences worldwide. Responsibilities include but are not limited to researching and arranging cruises, resorts, flights, hotels, rail services, excursions, transfers, and special events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage customized cruise and resort itineraries
• Assist clients with stateroom, resort, and excursion selections
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Maintain certification through ongoing training
• Attend webinars for destination and product knowledge
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Stay updated on industry trends and promotions
• Collaborate with team members and share insights
• Resolve booking or reservation issues promptly
• Maintain accurate client records
• Network with partners and vendors
• Participate in educational trips for hands-on learning
