Requirements : What You’ll Do

As a Metrology Engineer, you’ll be the technical hero our customers rely on to keep their machinery running at peak performance. You’ll :

  • Use precision laser metrology instruments to gather alignment and dimensional data
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend solutions
  • Perform or supervise corrective maintenance
  • Create detailed Technical Service Reports with 3D models
  • Collaborate with sales and account managers to scope and quote projects
  • Train others in metrology tools and alignment techniques

What You Bring

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
  • Strong foundation in math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, professional writing skills for technical reporting
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, AutoCAD
  • Experience with tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, BuildIT, Spatial Analyzer, CAM2, or Polyworks is a plus!
  • Motivation to grow into a team leadership role within 1–2 years
