Job Title : Quick Service Restaurant District Manager

Concept Type : Multi-Unit Operations Role

Location : Remote in Northern Utah

Salary : $65,000 - $72,000 Base Salary (+ Average Quarterly Bonus of $1,200)

Job Qualifications :

To excel as the Quick Service Restaurant District Manager in Northern Utah, candidates should meet the following criteria :

  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit operations experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR).
  • A minimum of 6 years of restaurant management experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, ensure adherence to company values, and demonstrate exceptional leadership.
  • Strong operational knowledge, including sales performance, cost management, and labor optimization.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence across multiple locations.
  • Ability to work effectively with flexibility in location (must be based in Salt Lake City or the north).

Job Responsibilities :

As the Quick Service Restaurant District Manager in Northern Utah, you will oversee operations across eight locations , ensuring alignment with company standards and driving performance excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading Operations : Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, financial results (sales and cost of goods management), guest relations, and marketing strategies to consistently exceed metrics.
  • Develop Talent : Support training initiatives to enhance staff capabilities in safety procedures, product consistency, cleanliness, friendliness, and service accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring : Keep a close eye on the daily business review status and provide necessary guidance to meet goals.
  • Scheduling Excellence : Ensure effective staffing strategies and proper scheduling to maintain productivity and service levels.
  • Champion Communication : Act as a bridge between restaurant teams and the support center, fostering clear communication to drive goals and collaborative problem-solving.
