Coverage Type : Clinical Only

Coverage Period : ASAP Ongoing

Clinical Shift Schedule : 4 / 10 schedule (40 hours / week)

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics : General family practice population including OB

Phone Consults : Yes

Case Mix : Acute, chronic, preventive care including obstetrics

FACILITY INFORMATION

Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient and OB care setup

Support Staff Available : Clinic support team

Reason for Coverage : Permanent position

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active CO medical license

Certifications : BLS required

Experience : Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics with OB experience

Provide comprehensive family medicine care including obstetrics

Manage acute, chronic, and preventive medical needs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
