About The Role & Team

Webull drives innovation and maintains consistency across all client platforms. As Product Experience Specialist for Active Traders, you are responsible for validating trading experiences from staging to release, ensuring they meet the technical, psychological, and behavioral expectations of real-time market participants.

You will operate as a key point of integration across product, development, QA, design, compliance, and customer support. You are a primary POC for test-release-feedback cycles for trader-facing features, and you ensure that fast execution, accurate data representation, and visual clarity are preserved across web, mobile, and desktop interfaces. You support persona development, assess competitor platforms, maintain analytical dashboards, and lead post-release reviews.

In This Role, You Will

  • Validate trading features across assets and platforms (equities, options, futures, crypto, prediction markets)
  • Enforce cross-platform parity and low-latency performance across desktop, web, and mobile
  • Conduct A / B testing, behavioral UX experiments, and quantitative analysis
  • Maintain dashboards tracking DAU, retention, and feature utilization
  • Enforce Design Standards & Visual QA, ensuring alignment with UI system and accessibility requirements
  • Draft, review, and refine front-end copy for trading workflows and disclosures
  • Act as UAT POC for staging and pre-release validation of trading features
  • Capture trading feedback through CX / support channels and user interviews; integrate into release retrospectives
  • Create & Track post-mortems post-deployment, identifying defects, user issues, and optimization points
  • Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses of trading platforms and integrated third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams on persona refinement and message consistency
  • Coordinate with the product teams and UI / UX members to ensure consistency across shared UI components and mixed-mode user flows
  • Maintain internal documentation to support analytics, QA process, and persona findings

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, behavioral economics, UX design, or communications
  • 3–5 years in brokerage, platform QA, or trading UX analysis
  • Direct knowledge of order types, market structure, and real-time system behavior
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and multi-platform design systems
  • Experience with competitor benchmarking and UX testing
  • Experience with customer feedback analysis and UAT workflows
  • Strong command of analytics, visualization, and UI testing methods
  • Obtain your SIE / or are actively pursuing it
