Product Owner- Fenergo Expertise

Location : Charlotte, NC

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services , with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst .
Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) , KYC / AML processes , and enterprise data ecosystems .
Experience working with Fenergo
Hands-on exposure to API-based, event-driven, and ETL integrations
Familiarity with ODS / data lake / data warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
Proven ability to translate complex data flows into actionable backlog items.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Agile delivery experience using Jira / Confluence .

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Financial Crime Compliance (CDD / EDD / AML / Fraud / etc.) and Data Product Management .

Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and Regulatory Reporting systems.

Fenergo functional or technical certification.

Work Arrangement :

Onsite : Charlotte, NC (4 days / week) – No remote option.

Work Authorization :

Open to Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4-EAD, and L2 visa holders.
