Facility : Home Health & Hospice

Assignment for 13 weeks only., 8 hour evening shifts. EVERY weekend required. LNA needed for McClure Miller Respite House, 40H per week holiday RTO cannot be guaranteed. 2 years experience, travel preferred but not required, more acute care experience, some long term residence but average length is 6-10days, end of life care is a priority. EMR is interactive scheduler, netsmar t. EXP in hospice setting (end of life care) . BLS req Must have VT license for offer. No work hx with gaps over 90 days w / o explanation can be submitted Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out to submit, otherwise file will be rejected!!
