    • Job Description :
    • As a Heavy Duty Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnostics, repair and maintenance of customer vehicles as well as performing the proper PDI's / CVI's of New Peterbilt Trucks for our sales team . Paid training is provided to keep your skills sharp, and you will have access to all of the latest tools and technology.
    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Perform comprehensive diagnostics on Heavy Duty trucks using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks including engine repairs, transmission work, brake systems, and electrical components.
    • Identify and address mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in Peterbilt trucks.
    • Provide detailed repair estimates and explanations to customers.
    • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repairs, parts used, and labor.
    • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and Peterbilt vehicle updates.
    • Qualifications :
    • Proven experience as a truck technician (with a strong focus on Peterbilt vehicles preferred)
    • Extensive knowledge of Peterbilt truck systems and components preferred.
    • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment (specific to Peterbilt trucks preferred)
    • Commercial Vehicle Inspection License preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
