Medical Assistant or EMT Urgent Care

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and the waiting room
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with patient questions
  
• Perform vitals, labs, injections, vaccinations, and POCT per provider orders
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
  
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment (exam rooms, lab, equipment)
  
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care from start to finish

Qualifications for MA and EMT:

• MA: CCMA or MA experience
• EMT: High school diploma + EMT certification (NREMT or equivalent)
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking and multitasking ability
• Flexible availability (minimum 2030 hours/week)
