Here are exiting responsibilities.
- Work with e-commerce club account(s) managers to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time shipments and superior quality of service.
- Daily management of customer orders to ensure on-time shipments within customers guidelines.
- Vendor Portal, Commerce Hub, EDI, I-Doc, VA05 etc
- Monitor delivery programs to make sure we are compliant with all metrics to achieve and maintain preferred status.
- Develop and implement superior product content for assigned accounts in conjunction with product content manager.
We would love to hear from you if :
You have 1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service.You have 1+ Years of Experience in E-commerce Company or Position.You have 4 Year College Degree or Equivalent Experience.Demonstrated Ability to Solve Problems.What's in it for you?
