UCHealth Medical Group is ready to welcome a primary care  Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  for UCHealth in Fort Morgan, Colorado . Located within a newly renovated space and serve the community of Fort Morgan alongside UCHealth Cardiology. Situated along the high plains of Colorado, Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of primary care. The ideal candidate will have two plus years’ primary care experience and be board-certified in either family medicine or internal medicine. At UCHealth, we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible.

The pay range for this position is $46.53 / hour – $64.50 / hour.  Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
