YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MULTI-SITE PATIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT

As a Multi-Site Patient Services Assistant with our dynamic front desk team, your day is all about fostering seamless communication and creating an inviting atmosphere. You'll kick off your day by answering phones for all three of our chiropractic offices, greeting each caller with a friendly smile and utmost professionalism. In between calls, you'll expertly manage incoming emails and text messages, ensuring that every inquiry is met with prompt and insightful responses. When the pace slows, you'll tackle paperwork with enthusiasm-organizing, filing, and ensuring our back-end operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your calm and friendly demeanor makes a significant impact every day, highlighted by your exceptional customer service skills that keep our patients smiling.

This full-time receptionist position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM , allowing you to enjoy a balanced work-life rhythm.
