DevOps Engineer

Overview

This is a Senior DevSecOps Engineer role with opportunities for enhanced career progression at a rapidly growing startup focused on space technology. Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Compensation may include equity and benefits as described by the recruiter.

The Role

• Manage and scale a secure GitLab environment.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Oversee and secure containerized environments and OCI registries.
• Maintain and strengthen Cloudflare Zero Trust for secure internal access.
• Embed security tools and practices across the SDLC.
• Partner with engineers to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and 800-53 standards.
• Automate infrastructure setup, configuration, and security monitoring.
