Shift : Night – 3×12‑Hour (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)

Ratio : 1 : 6

Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks

Holiday Rotation : Required

Floating Requirement : Yes — must float within scope to like units as needed

Facility Type : Level I Trauma Center, Academic Teaching Hospital, Magnet‑designated (820 staffed beds)

Scrub Color : Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal Blue bottoms

Charting System : Epic

Local Radius / Locals Accepted : 60 miles radius; locals accepted on case‑by‑case basis at $10 less than posted bill rate

Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
