• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• After hours pager coverage 1 week per month with no call back
• Must maintain productivity of 18 patients per day
• Must complete charting during normal shift
• No overtime expected
• No emergency call required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
