Location : Middleburg Heights, OH (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week, initial 6-months fully onsite)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform background diligence on prospective clients
- Input and audit contract information in ICM
- Input and audit BAA information into ICM
- Monitor and report on pending contract renewals
- Assist with review and remedy to issues arising from disparities in contract applications and invoice application.
- Understand contract preparation and act as back-up for performing this duty
- Participate in annual review and audit of third party license obligations
- Monitor account closure activity
- Prepare and send correspondence commemorating Go Live activity as it correlates to contract terms
- Monitor invoices (particularly first invoices) for correctness and contract compliance
- Attend department and division meetings as required
- Prepare and lead monthly meetings monitoring implementations and contract renewals
- Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience :
Two years of college or equivalent work experienceExcellent research and data mining skillsPossess excellent written and oral communication skillsWell-developed problem-solving / analytical skillsTechnical writing / contract writing experience preferredProficient in using Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of Revenue Cycle, EDI, DocuSign and OnBaseAbility to establish priorities, multi-task, and work independentlyStrong attention to detailEffective time managementAbility to maintain confidentialityRequirements :
Physical Demands : General office demands include sitting and / or standing for extended periods of time. Dexterity with general office equipment including keyboard and mouse. Ability to lift to 25 pounds.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere. The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels.
