Our firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to take their career to the next level in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a variety of insurance subrogation matters, including complex and large property loss litigation.
• Conduct thorough and detailed depositions to gather necessary information and evidence for cases.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes in court.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to junior attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the legal team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, rulings, and changes in laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
