Co-Founder – AI / ML Lead. Childoctor is reimagining pediatric care with a platform that tracks and supports the all-round growth of children. Built by pediatricians, our app delivers age-matched assessments, personalized reports, and actionable guidance for parents. We are seeking an AI / ML Co-Founder who will bring academic rigor, innovation, and technical depth to build the intelligence layer of Childoctor alongside our CTO.
Responsibilities
- Designing and training predictive models to analyze growth patterns, developmental milestones, emotional markers, and nutrition indicators.
- Building explainable AI frameworks that translate complex models into parent-friendly insights.
- Exploring and applying computer vision (for growth / milestone tracking) and NLP (for caregiver inputs, reports).
- Working with pediatric experts to validate models clinically and ensure ethical, bias-free outcomes.
- Establishing data partnerships with healthcare institutions, research bodies, and open datasets.
- Publishing results, piloting innovations, and positioning Childoctor as a leader in AI for pediatrics.
- Collaborating closely with the CTO to integrate models into a robust, scalable product.
Qualifications
Strong grounding in machine learning, data science, and AI research.Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.Experience in healthcare AI (child growth, preventive health, or wellbeing) is a plus.Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and clinical safety requirements.A curious, research-driven mindset, with ability to convert prototypes into practical solutions.Eagerness to build, publish, and lead innovation in pediatric AI.Compensation & Perks
