We are looking for a Work Allocation & Development Manager to join our Washington DC or New York office. This new position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of legal talent for our practices. The Work Allocation & Development Manager will engage directly with associates to understand their career goals and provide guidance on how to achieve them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal practice and a passion for mentoring and developing legal talent. They will be responsible for managing the allocation of work, ensuring that associates are given meaningful and challenging assignments, and providing support and feedback to help them grow their skills and advance their careers.
