Collection Coordinator (On-Site / Full-Time) Location : Brewster, NY Pay : $22 - 27 / hour

What You'll Do

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due payments
• Review aging reports and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely collections
• Negotiate payment plans and escalate delinquent accounts when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and support credit department procedures
