Key Responsibilities

Download and organize high volumes of documentation using Google Workspace

Navigate SAP to pull internal shipping and financial records

Maintain a tracker to follow up on pending requests until records are received

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in data collection, administrative, or logistics roles

Experience with record management and strong professional email etiquette

Familiarity with Google Workspace and Excel

Experience with ERP or trade compliance systems

College education or equivalent relevant experience preferred
