The Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of video surveillance, card access, alarm, tel / data, security, access control, and intrusion systems. This role supports both new installations and ongoing service of existing accounts, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance, card access, alarm, tel / data, security, access control, and intrusion systems.
- Service and troubleshoot existing client systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Work with systems including VideoEdge, ExacqVision, and alarm systems from Bosch, DSC, and Honeywell.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and guidance.
- Travel within the assigned service territory to support installations and service calls.
