About The Position

Must-Have Skills / Experience :

ICU / Critical Care experience

Description :

Flexibility in shift preference is required.

No block schedule requests can be accommodated.

48-hour shifts may be considered but are not guaranteed.

This is a community hospital and regional referral center.

The hospital has 171 beds and is Joint Commission Accredited.

It is a Certified Chest Pain Center and operates as a Level 3 Trauma facility.

The area offers outdoor recreation and beautiful mountain and lake scenery.

The facility is close to major cities.

ICU has 16 beds while the IMC (stepdown unit) has 30 beds, including overflow.

Patient ratios are 1 : 2 for ICU and 1 : 3-4 for IMC.

Common diagnoses include CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, and others.

The dress code requires black scrubs.

Candidates must have recent acute care experience.
