We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely AR operations across multiple Branch locations. You’ll oversee billing, reconciliations, credit processes, and manage relationships with major retail and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Application & Balancing : Post customer payments, reconcile receipts, and align with general ledger entries.

Billing Discrepancies : Investigate and resolve invoice issues promptly.

Credit / Debit Memos : Process manual and RMA memos per policy.

Collections & Dispute Resolution : Manage collections and resolve disputes professionally.

Retail & Marketplace Account Management : Serve as AR liaison for major accounts.

Month-End Close & Reporting : Maintain AR balance sheets and ensure accurate reporting.

Systems Management : Oversee AR platforms including Orbital and Avalara.

Administrative Support : Handle supplier forms and departmental documentation.

Qualifications

Experience : 3+ years in AR, including billing, posting, reconciliations, and credit.

Technical Skills : Intermediate Excel required; ERP experience (Syteline / Informatics) and Avalara a plus.

Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and excellent communication.

Screening Requirements

Diverse AR experience (payment posting, billing, reconciliations, credit).

Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
