Job description

Assistant Manager

We are looking for our next "Rock Star" employee to join our Taco Bell team. Great benefits and work life balance.

An Assistant Manager will interact with employees and customers. Successful candidates will meet the following requirements :

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Team Oriented Leader

Responsibilities include :

  • Motivating, training, and coaching the staff
  • Accurately completing store paperwork and inventory, tracking labor hours and verifying other daily reports
  • Ensuring employees are adhering to company policies and standards
  • Please note that this position requires working flexible hours, lifting of objects up to 40 lbs., and standing up for long periods of time.
