The MGN Foundation is a rapidly expanding marketing and events firm made up of passionate professionals who specialize in building strong community connections, increasing brand awareness, and driving growth for our clients. We work with nonprofit organizations and national partners to deliver impactful fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to launch a long-term career in customer service, sales, marketing, or event promotions. No previous experience is required — full training is provided!

Responsibilities :

Provide outstanding customer service during live events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activities

Engage directly with customers, donors, and community members to answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote client initiatives

Represent clients and nonprofit partners with professionalism, positivity, and integrity

Assist with campaign setup, event operations, and daily customer interactions

Work closely with team members and management to meet performance goals and community outreach targets

Learn and apply new skills in communication, leadership, and customer relations through ongoing training

Qualifications :

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor

Reliable transportation for local travel to events and campaigns

Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
