Job descriptionBoard-certified / eligible in internal or family medicine. We proudly sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates, and Sound has excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound. This is a nocturnist position with various flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time. 7 on / 7 off, 10 hour shifts 9 PM 7 AM. We welcome the challenge of complex cases. We work in a hybrid ICU with intensivist coverage 24 hours a day (our team is not expected to perform procedures but does see the occasional DKA patient). For those who like to teach, we work with medical students from Pacific Northwest University, residents from East Pierce Family Medicine Residency, and APPs from all over the country. We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
