A company is looking for a Contingent Staff Coordinator (Remote - must reside in Wisconsin or South Dakota).
Key Responsibilities
Assist leaders with the recruitment and placement of contingent staff through the Health System's Contract Labor Management Vendor
Coordinate recruitment needs and contribute to HR Information Systems initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and the general public
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Three years' related recruitment experience in a healthcare setting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database applications
Two years' post-high school education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or two years' professional HR experience
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
No specific certifications or licenses required
