Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

  • Assumes full functional responsibility for Account Management of both strategic customers within Product Category
  • Leads a Sales Team to assure performance consistently exceeds customer expectations
  • Creates and drives Account Management strategy
  • Develops strong relationships of all levels of assigned accounts
  • Identifies new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Provides input and adheres to critical commercial processes
  • Performs account business reviews
  • Provides leadership in customer relationship management
  • Leads and fosters the development of a highly effective sales team
  • Works closely with supply chain and operations
  • Manages and runs customer business reviews
  • Develops and implements strategies to meet the needs of customers
  • Builds the sales talent bench
  • Effectively manages budget and fiscal responsibilities
  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements
  • Performs other duties as required

Education & Experience :

  • Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience : 15+ years progressively advancing sales and sales leadership experience, most of which must have been spent in a medical device manufacturing environment. Must have experience leading a global sales team.
  • Knowledge & Skills :

  • Special Skills : Effective use of verbal and written communication skills, executive presence, financial acumen, strong cognitive ability and capable of retaining technical information, strategic thinking and planning, demonstrable success in achieving results and influencing change through collaboration and partnerships, strong coaching capabilities and demonstrated performance management capabilities, demonstrates a bias towards execution, excellent recruiting, hiring, and people management skills
  • Specialized Skills : Strong senior level sales experience, OEM or B2B sales experience, proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower associates to achieve objectives with a team approach, knowledgeable about the highly regulated nature of the business and is comfortable operating within such an environment
  • Other : Manages direct reports, field based position with home office, must be able to travel globally

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
