Systems Administrator - Factory Systems

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to own the deployment, maintenance, and support of software and tools across our manufacturing lines. This role blends traditional system administration with elements of network administration, focusing on ensuring production systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for factory operations. You'll collaborate with engineers, operators, and cybersecurity experts to keep our manufacturing environment running smoothly at scale.

WHAT YOU"LL DO :

• Deploy, configure, and maintain software applications and services on manufacturing line systems.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing software tools, including updates, patches, and service continuity.
• Support station and endpoint deployments, ensuring integration with production environments.
• Monitor system and network performance across the factory floor, proactively resolving issues.
• Implement and enforce system security, user access controls, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot software, endpoint, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development, factory engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure reliability and secure configurations.
• Document deployment procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Research and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, resiliency, and performance.

US Salary Range

$124,000-$168,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
