Human Resource Data Analyst

Role Description

TheHuman Resource Data Analyst is responsible for performing tasks that support the

Compensation and Benefits teams for and Canadian associates. The Human Resource Data Analyst is expected

to comfortably interact with internal and external clients and respond

effectively to their questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data extraction, reporting, and analysis in support of Human Resources operations including :
• Track and analyze employee metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making
• Prepare data for participation in annual compensation surveys
• Prepare and analyze benefit participation data in support of Annual Open Enrollment.
• Produce various management reports and metrics in support of the annual compensation process
• Assist with the administration of US and Canada benefit plans
• Processing of vendor invoices
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports
• Back-up to other Payroll and HR processes
• Special projects

Role Qualifications and Experience

Salary Range

78, - 130, USD

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the US and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and / or training.
