Job Duties :

\nAssesses and documents the physical condition of the patient each shift and monitors for changes. Notifies the physician and House Supervisor of significant findings.

\nPerforms initial interview of patients and creates individualized care plan.

\nMaintains safe environment for patients and staff; responds appropriately.\n\n \n\n Required :

\nAn Associate’s Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred licensed in the State of Montana.

\nCurrent BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

\nACLS and NRP certifications will be required within a reasonable time frame, not to exceed 12 months.

\nPALS preferred.
