Corporate Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Practice Area : Emerging Companies & Venture Capital

Location : Seattle, WA

Compensation : $235,000 to $365,000

Position Overview : A top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of relevant experience to become a key player in a vibrant and dynamic practice that serves innovative companies and investors.

Responsibilities : The successful candidate will advise clients throughout the entire corporate lifecycle. This includes handling business formations, managing venture capital financing rounds, and executing mergers and acquisitions. The client base ranges from nascent startups to billion-dollar market leaders, offering a rich and varied work experience. The role requires excellent client management and communication skills.

Qualifications :

• J.D. with a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.
• At least two years of dedicated ECVC experience, preferably from a peer firm.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong quantitative and Excel skills are necessary.
• Must have excellent references and the ability to manage complex relationships effectively.
