Lead Engineer - Structural and Mechanical

APM Terminals, a global leader in port and terminal management and part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, is seeking a Structural and Mechanical Engineer to join our Global Asset Management team

Location : Americas, Europe or Asia.

Travel : Up to 75 - 85% travel is required. Languages : English (mandatory), Arabic and Spanish (nice to have). Certification : NDT certification (mandatory).

Your Role

As a Structural and Mechanical Engineer , you will play a key role in our Maintenance & Repair Services and Crane Advisory Service Agreement (CASA) projects. You will be responsible for :

• Conducting inspections and QA / QC activities on STS, RTG, RMG, MHC cranes, and other terminal equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with structural and mechanical standards during manufacturing, assembly, erection, and repair.
• Managing on-site project execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
• Supporting continuous improvement in inspection and M&R processes.
• Working globally with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
