Job descriptionProvides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients. Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN. BLS (Basic Life Support) CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred Patient Care Technician - preferred High School or Equivalent Associate's degree in related field - Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field- Preferred 6 months – Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) Paid time off Tuition reimbursement 401k match and additional yearly contribution Yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus Community discounts and more AND the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work

- Shift Hours : 6 : 45am-7 : 15pm
- Weekend Work : Every Other
- On Call : No
