Senior SailPoint Technical Architect

A company is looking for a Senior SailPoint Technical Architect to join a federal program focused on modernizing identity governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions for a large-scale IGA program

Define integration strategy and governance framework, including roadmap and service touchpoints

Provide technical leadership to junior architects and developers, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), with deep expertise in SailPoint

Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise-scale SailPoint solutions, especially using Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access control models, and governance frameworks

Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Active Directory

Ability to ensure scalability, security, and compliance in high-volume identity environments managing hundreds of thousands of identities
