Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Stickney, IL for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing patient care plans, educating patients and their families about health conditions, and ensuring that all medical protocols are followed. The nurse will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Experience in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient status
• Ability to develop and implement patient care plans
• Excellent communication and education skills to interact with patients and their families
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Commitment to quality improvement and adherence to medical protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field is preferred
• CPR certification is a plus
• Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is beneficial
